Verify now runs \`pnpm run chat ping\` silently and checks for a reply. Emits AGENT_PING=ok|no_reply|socket_error|skipped; skipped when the service isn't running or no groups are wired (those already fail the verify via other checks). Kills the child after 90s so a wedged container can't hang setup (chat.ts's own 120s timeout is too long here). setup:auto surfaces AGENT_PING!=ok in its failure summary.
