Bo-Yi.Wu c42b26f044 build: update build process for cross-platform compatibility ...

- Update the container to `golang:1.20-alpine`
- Add a new file `.goreleaser.yaml`
- Modify `.goreleaser.yaml` to include additional builds and flags for cross-compiling and building the binary
- Add a new checksum file to the release archives
