Removes transient analysis/proposal/checklist docs whose purpose is served once v2 ships: REFACTOR.md, docs/v1-vs-v2/, docs/checklist.md, docs/shared-source.md, docs/claude-md-composition.md, docs/module-contract.md, docs/DEBUG_CHECKLIST.md.
